Wanting To Have Nice Place To Live

am 44 but still feel like am 35! I work Monday to Friday's and most evenings am either off climbing or am shattered so will be happy to have a good film and food infront of TV most nights in the week.

Am a tidy person but not to the state where its OTT - enjoy socialising and making new friends to hang out with.

my ideal situation is to have my own place but sadly the nicer flats are silly money and I want to be able to have a life too.. so am looking for either a double room with en-suite (if possible) and with some outdoor area either garden or balcony or shared roof terrace or what would be ideal is meeting someone on here to buddy up with. - I've found some amazing places but just cant afford on my own
