I’d consider a 2-3 bed if it were the right people of similar age and have their own lives.

I’m normally at the gym or working from home.

I’m a live streamer who discusses trends, news, sports and anything relevant.

My back ground is marketing and events. I finished my masters. Have experience in a few companies and I’m trying to develop my own brand further hence the need for less distractions.

I love my own peace and privacy. I mean we’ve all had noisy and nosy neighbours which can be a pain.

The quieter the better in my eyes as the streaming does well and can draw attention.

What is essential: Nearby train station and vaping indoors :)

I’m clean, tidy, pleasant and very chilled.
