Looking for a room

I’m looking to buddy up with someone to find a nice flat in London, ideally somewhere well connected to Farringdon, as that’s where I work. I’m open to either a 2- or 3-bedroom flat, depending on the property and who I find to buddy up with. I’m flexible on the exact area as long as the commute is convenient and the flat has good-sized bedrooms and a comfortable shared living space.

I’m 32, originally from Croatia, and work in finance. I’m clean, tidy, respectful and considerate, and I like having a home that feels comfortable and well looked after.

I’m looking for someone who is similarly clean, respectful, financially responsible and easy-going. I’m friendly and sociable and happy to have a chat, dinner or a drink together, but I also appreciate having my own space and would expect the same from my flatmate.

Ideally, I’d like to find someone who wants to create a nice, comfortable home rather than simply having somewhere to sleep. A good balance of being friendly and social while respecting each other’s privacy and routines is important to me.
