Active young professional looking for buddy-up

My currently tenancy ends in October so looking for an awesome person to buddy-up in a 2-bed flat in Kendal/Ambleside, at the start of November. Looking for someone i get on well with so the house feels like a home for us both!

I'm a 34yr old living in Kendal and currently working as a housekeeper (although likely to move into a corporate job working from home in Feb2027).

I work morning shifts and love to spend the afternoon exercising (running, swimming, yoga, gym) and then cooking dinner and watching tv. At weekends i am usually hiking and camping in the mountains. During the winter months I'll be at the climbing gym, baking, reading and watching movies. And probably doing some random craft project.. I love having friends over for dinner but am always in bed early.

I want a place with a shared living/dining area, and would need a parking space and bike storage. My budget is up to £800 per month including bills.
