Professional looking for a lovely home

Hi, I’m Jon, 37, and I work full-time as a Project Manager in construction and property.

I’m looking for a lovely, clean and comfortable home. I’m flexible on location for the right place, but ideally somewhere peaceful, well-kept and in a nice neighbourhood.

I’d prefer to share with just one other person rather than live in a large house share. I’m looking for somewhere that genuinely feels like a home, not just a room to rent.

My job involves travelling around the country, although I occasionally work from home, so a spacious bedroom with enough room for my own desk and a comfortable working setup would be ideal.

A little about me: I’m friendly, sociable, considerate and easy to get along with. I enjoy keeping active, going to the gym, cooking, exploring new places and having a good laugh. I’m always happy to have a chat or share a coffee, but equally appreciate my own space and respect other people’s privacy.

I’m clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces, and I’d love to live with someone who has a similar outlook. I’m past the stage of wanting a party house, but definitely don’t want somewhere that feels antisocial either!

Ultimately, I’m looking for a fresh chapter, a nicer environment and somewhere I can genuinely enjoy coming home to.
