Cosy room required.

Hello.

I am a polite well groomed and domesticated person with a healthy / youthful outlook on life and have a good sense of humour.


I'm searching for a peaceful, non - smoking home in a quiet area, with hassle-free parking.

Ideally i just want to share with one other likewise person, but would give thought to sharing with more than one as long as they are also clean & tidy etc. etc ( Please no alcoholics or drug users ).

If they are needed i have a small table and chair for my laptop and a working tv point ( freeview ) in the room would be great.

I work for myself ( General property maintenance ) but will offer my services to other people if they need a helping hand ( anything considered ). If you work away or go on your travels i would keep the property in good order both inside and out. A small deposit would be suitable for myself.

A pet would be ok as long as its well behaved and friendly.

I am a wee bit to long in the tooth to provide written refs, but i believe you would find me to be a knowledgeable, respectable and trustworthy person.
