35yo professional looking for a room to rent

Hi, I’m Eva, a working professional looking for a room in Zones 1–2. I work as a Senior Designer (2-3 days per week in a Vauxhall office).

I’m clean, organised and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy being social and go out a few evenings a week, but I also value a calm, comfortable home. In my free time I like doing Pilates, dancing, and spending time with friends.

I’d love to occasionally socialise with flatmates, whether that’s a chat in the kitchen or dinner/drinks, but I also respect personal space and independence.

I’m financially stable and reliable with rent.

Note: I’m allergic to cats, so I’d appreciate a pet-free home.
