Flexible accommodation for NHS Tayside Locum

Hello,

I'm a friendly, polite and hard working professional looking for affordable accommodation on a part-time/flexible basis (like Mon-Friday workers' lets, but including occasional weekends) which will hopefully continue until at least April 2027.

I will be locumming at Ninewells NHS Hospital in Dundee and hope to work at least 10-15 days per month - the remainder of the time I will return home. I may however be asked to rotate to Perth and Stracathro and so I have extended my ad to find accommodation opportunities across the Tayside region.

I am starting in October and the dates will be slightly variable each month but I will be able to provide plenty of notice, and only wish for the bare essentials of a safe, comfortable place to rest my head and use basic amenities. I am polite and quiet and would be very respectful of your home.

Ideally I will only pay per night stayed but I appreciate this might be a tricky arrangement and if the cost was affordable enough, I could consider a monthly rolling payment with an agreed deduction, given my time spent in the accommodation and I'm also open to suggestions.

I am looking for something as budget friendly as possible and would be keen to hear from anyone who thinks an ad-hoc, but long-term flexible arrangement would work for them. I'd be very glad to provide personal and professional references and thank you in advance for your consideration!

P. S. I'm not sure if a buddy up scheme will really work here - but if there is a small group of professionals with a spare room who think we would suit and could perhaps help each other, I'd be glad to hear from you.
