We've got a furnished double room available in our large, three-bedroom house, less than 10 minutes' walk from RGU, with private parking, garden space and all bills included.

THE HOUSE

It's a spacious end-terrace house with a shared living room, a large private front garden and a back garden shared with our neighbour. There's also private off-street parking and a garage for additional storage.

The house is HMO licensed and has gas central heating and double glazing.

THE LOCATION

We're less than 10 minutes' walk from Robert Gordon University, with convenient bus connections into Aberdeen city centre.

THE HOUSEHOLD

You'll be sharing with two working professionals in their 20s and 30s, including myself as a live-in landlord. We're friendly, laid-back and tidy, and occasionally enjoy cooking together, heading out to the pub or going for a hike.

It's a relaxed household where everyone gets along while respecting each other's personal space. We're always up for a bit of socialising, but equally happy doing our own thing.

We're looking for someone similarly easy-going and considerate. Both students and working professionals are welcome.

RENT AND AVAILABILITY

£500 per month, including gas, electricity, council tax and internet.

No deposit. The room is secured with half a month's rent in advance, with the remaining balance payable at the start of the tenancy.
