Hey there! We've got a double room up for grabs in our end terrace house. It’s got all the essentials – double glazing, gas central heating, and even a garage for some extra storage space. We’re HMO licensed too. And if you've got a car, there's off-street (private) parking available.

We've got a nice bit of outdoor space as well – a large private front garden and a shared back garden with the neighbour next door.

The location’s pretty handy – less than a 10-minute walk from RGU and it’s just a short bus ride to the city centre. The rent is £450 a month, and that’s everything included – gas & electric, council tax, internet, so you don't have to worry about extra bills.

A bit about ourselves: we’re two professionals, pretty laid back, clean and tidy. We like our own space but don't mind hanging out and having a chat now and then.
