There’s plenty of outdoor space too, with a big private front garden and a shared back garden with the neighbour next door.

The location is ideal, less than a 10-minute walk from RGU and only a short bus ride into the city centre. Rent is £490 a month and that covers everything, gas and electric, council tax, and internet, so you don’t need to worry about extra bills.

You’d be sharing with two professionals who are laid back, clean, and respectful of each other’s space. We like to keep the house tidy and relaxed, and we get along well without being in each other’s pockets.
