Double Room available in spacious 2-bed flat.

The flat is located on the top floor of a 1800s granite building in Ferryhill. There is no lift so unfortunately isn’t accessible to anyone with physical disabilities or limitations. The flat is a 10 minute walk to city centre and train station. Any interested people must be LGBTQIA+ friendly. I have a cat and also dogsit a few times a year so the flat would not be suitable for anyone with animal allergies.

The bedroom available is furnished including a TV with chromecast(not pictured). The room does not currently have a wardrobe but I would happily replace the current dresser unit and clothes rail with a wardrobe if requested. There is additional storage under the bed, and further storage available in communal areas. The available bedroom and office pictured have been changed slightly in line with my previous/current flatmate’s preferences. I’m more than happy for my next flatmate to redecorate to their own tastes. The move in date is negotiable if you need a place sooner.
