* Room (1) is Occupied by an English Lady 22 yo.
* Room (2) is yours. Both rooms are in the lower floor.
* Living room is shared, but occupied at night only by myself from Palestine.
Upper floor is the living room (will be occupied at night only), you have access 24h to kitchen, shower room & toilet, a balcy. There is a large balcony full of plants, a table, seats to have a coffee/tea/eat. The views of the sunrise/set are incredible!

Live-in landlord:
I work as a Youth Worker, Support Worker, and Practitioner & a Teacher of Massage and Therapy, bicycle maintenance. I Enjoy sport, run, inside gym, Camping, Travelling, cooking spicy Mediteranian food, Reading and many more, Full of fun and always in a Happy mood, love to help always and love to share food, knowledge and talk.

You will have as much privacy as you want, but I am also happy to chat whenever appropriate you want.

The rent will be including:
* Electricity.
* Fully furnished.
* You have a fridge in your room as well.
* Including Council Tax (£149)
* Including Internet all over the flat. (normally ~£43/Month)
* Including building cleaning, use of laundry room (Large Washing machines and Dryers) on the bottom floor of the apartment block (£50)
* Including Private use of Gym equipment in the flat.
* There is NO free parking, but if you want a Garage, this cost ~£60/a month I guess (from the Council).
* The living room is occupied at night only. All can use it during the day time.

-1 minute to North East Collage,
-5 minutes to Aberdeen centre, 2 supermarkets, pubs, Restaurants/Takeaways, Gym, Mosque.
-20 minutes to Aberdeen University, and the beach by foot.
