Huge double room, on the beach in Footdee

Hello I’m Rebecca, I am an artist, specialising in sculpture and I work as a support worker & workshop assistant.
I am looking for a lodger to share my home in Footdee (pronounced Fittie).
It’s on the beach front, with parking & scenic views. I’m looking for someone who is fairly chilled, not uptight and open minded.
A balanced person, who is healthy to be around is essential. I’d appreciate someone creative to do art and yoga with, that would be a plus but is not essential, the more important thing is a kind heart, a good sense of humour snd someone who is fun :)
I am tidy so looking for someone who is also tidy, clean and respectful, with a ‘if you see it do it’ attitude.

Fittie is located south of the beach.
This tiny village used to be an old fishing village which is now a creative community.
The house is located next to the harbour side and is on the beach front with a sea view.
This house is tall like a lighthouse, the rooms are on separate floors and are quite solid so sound proof. The living-room has a real fire place on the ground floor, so cosy in winter.
The living room, bathroom and kitchen are shared areas.
The bedroom available is huge and fully furnished.
There are radiators so adequate central heating, which heats up fast and this place retains the heat which is good.

The rent is £450 inc bills.
The bills include gas, electric and internet, Netflix, Disney & freeview. Tv is situated downstairs.
I am sole tennant for this property, so the final decision will be mine after I receive your references & ID.

For couples the rent will work out slightly higher to be fare.
