Share large open plan living room, kitchen, sunroom and study / guest bedroom with post grad student (Charlie - see below). Prefer another post grad or professional or possibly available for a couple (at negotiable price).

The current tenant is named Charlie, and he is a 25-year-old professional male studying for an MBA at the University of Aberdeen. He's originally from the US and has a small plant-based chocolate company there, though he has lived in Scotland for the past 7 years. Charlie describes himself as a quiet, independent person who also enjoys socialising every now and then. He's tidy, courteous, and able to get on with anyone.

Please note, if you are not a full time student, in addition to the rent you will have to pay Council Tax (to Aberdeen City Council) which is approximately £160 per month.
