Room in 2 bedroom Flat near ARI

The flat has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a spacious living room.

Its only 5 minutes from the foresterhill campus. Easy access to the 9U (2mins walk)or its a 25mins walk to the main campus. Buses into town can be taken from ARI(7mins walk) or cairncry crescent bus stop(5mins walk).

The rent is without bills. I’ll be sharing the flat with you so we’ll split the monthly bills for utilities (electricity and wifi) between us.

I spend most of my time at the foresterhill campus and go to the gym in the evenings. I’m not someone who goes out often and definitely do not smoke. The building is in a very residential area and therefore might suit someone with a quieter/chill lifestyle:)
