Room in 2 bedroom Flat near ARI

The flat has two bedrooms(bedroom as seen with furniture would be yours) , a bathroom, a kitchen and a spacious living room.

Its only 5 minutes from the foresterhill campus. Easy access to the 9U (2mins walk)or its a 25mins walk to the main campus. Buses into town can be taken from ARI(7mins walk) or cairncry crescent bus stop(5mins walk).

The rent includes wifi. I’ll be sharing the flat with you so we’ll split the monthly bill for electricity (as utiilised) between us.

I spend most of my time at the foresterhill campus and am at home in the evenings. I’m not someone who goes out often and definitely do not smoke. The building is in a very residential area and therefore might suit someone with a quieter/chill lifestyle:)
