We are walking distance to the city centre, harbour and Union square. The river is just over the road and there are convenient local shops nearby.

This is a medium-sized double room. Furnishings include double bed, wardrobe, desk, drawers and a bookcase. There is a large opening window.

The flat has a mutually respectful environment. The current occupants are all in full time work (2x male and 1x female).

The flat is registered as an HMO with Aberdeen council. The flat has a high standard of maintenance and fire safety etc. The bedrooms themselves are all privately secured with a lockable doors. There is a walled garden to the rear of the property which residents have access to. Common areas include kitchen, lounge and bathroom which has a power shower.
