Cosy double room for rent close to ARI

Hi, I am seeking a new tenant for one of the rooms in my 2 bedroom semi-detached house. The place is very quirky looking, homely and cosy.
The house is situated in a very quiet and safe cul-de sac. There is on street parking available.

It is a 2 bedroom house and one of the rooms is already occupied by a lovely lady. She is barely there so you’d pretty much have the place to yourself most of the time.

I'd like someone who is clean, tidy and respectful and would consider my house their own home. Communication is very important to me so I’d like someone who is transparent and communicative. I am a live out landlord and would not come round unless I really had to and would always give you notice.

The house is fully furnished and decorated to a very high standard. It comes with a huge back garden that is maintained by my father so you would not have to worry about that.
The contract would be on a monthly rolling basis so I am open to short term as well.
