Sociable Houseshare in Ferryhill

If you're interested, drop us a message and tell us a bit about yourself, what you are looking for and what your experience you have with living in a shared house.

We have a double room coming available in a big house, five minutes walk from the city centre/union square/train station. The large house share is in a quiet location with shared parking available if needed. Inside we share a living room, kitchen, laundry room, three bathrooms and garden. Utilities include a washing machine, dedicated dryer, and a dishwasher.

We've got a lovely garden with raspberries, blackcurrants, pears, rocket, and loads of herbs, so any interest in gardening would be a huge plus!

The current flatmates enjoy chilling and socialising with each other and with guests. We like to have small outings, like to go to live shows or parks, and sometimes we do activities together on weekends (walks, shows, cultural events, etc). We're looking for people who enjoy the same, are easy going, fun, and tidy. It's important to us that you've lived in shared houses before (and that you liked it!). Do let us know if you have any fun interests that you'd like to share, like board games or cult movies, or whatever.

The bills are currently an extra £164 (council tax, electricity and gas, internet, weekly cleaner, and gardener), but may vary. We all share the bills equally and these are bundled into your monthly payment (currently £484). Fyi for those of you who are students you will have to pay council tax as this is not a student house. Please let us know that you're ok with that in your message if you are a student.

We're looking for someone who can move in, in July.
