Accommodation is on upper floor of property, with the landlord living in lower floor. Flat consists of sitting room, shower room and double bedroom. Kitchen, dining room and utility rooms are downstairs shared with landlord (own fridge and storage cupboard in kitchen).

House is situated in beautiful, large gardens leading to the River Isla with private fishings.
Ample parking.

Rothiemay is a pleasant 20 minute riverside walk from the house, where there is an hotel/pub. Close to many forest walks.
