There is a modern large open plan kitchen/dining room/living room on the ground floor with dimmer lighting and patio doors opening out to the back garden and bar area. Kippie Lodge and community gyms are also nearby. There are golf courses nearby and the Dee provides opportunities for wild swimming, paddle boarding and fishing.
There is a primary school on the same road as the house and the the house lies in the catchment area for Cults Academy. Peterculter lies 9 miles from Aberdeen city centre and is easily commutable by buses on the main road every 15 minutes and by car the new Aberdeen bypass link road from Stonehaven to Blackdog is only a 3 minute drive away. There is a cycle track along the old railway line which runs from Duthie Park in Aberdeen City Centre to Banchory, and passes through Peterculter about 100 yards from the house.

I am a construction project leader who has lived and worked in Aberdeen for the past 11 years. I have recently taken up a new post in the central belt for the foreseeable future and rather than the sell the house that I have worked so hard to make my own, I have decided to rent out my spare rooms. I would like to be able to return to stay at the house to allow me to visit friends in the area on occasions.
Ideally I am looking for someone who likes cats, as other flat mate has friendly cat. It’s important that the new tenant is friendly and respectful and looks after the house like it is their own. The house has a very relaxed feel to it, with garden to chill and wind down in, after a hard day.
