The Old Exchange is a large detached house in a quiet area of Dundee. All of the existing residents are professional people who are working in Dundee or the surrounding area. The property is a 15 min walk from the city centre and a short walk to main bus routes and shopping facilities. Each resident has their own food storage facility and their own fridge and separate freezer. There is also a separate utility room with a tumble dryer and washing machine. All bills being electricity gas council tax fiber optic WiFi tv licence are included within the rental charged.
