The Old Exchange

The Old Exchange is a large detached house in a quiet area of Dundee. All of the existing residents are professional people who are working in Dundee or the surrounding area. The property is a 15 min walk from the city centre and a short walk to main bus routes and shopping facilities. Each resident has their own food storage facility and their own fridge and separate freezer. There is also a separate utility room with a tumble dryer and washing machine. All bills being electricity gas council tax fiber optic WiFi tv licence are included within the rental charged.

Due to my duty of care to the existing residents I will be asking applicants for 2 references. One from a former landlord and one from a person of good standing.
