Stylish first floor flat! Please read description

NOTE: This is only available from the 4th of June to the 4th of July.

Hello guys and girls. I have 1 double room to rent in my modern 3 bedroom apartment forming part of a converted church on Clepington Road.

Here is a list of some of the amenities;

-Washer/dryer
-Dishwasher
-High speed WIFI
-Parking
- Central Heating

The room itself is very spacious with a double bed, drawers, nice big mirrored wardrobe and a work table(not in pics).
The bathroom(shared with 1 other) is modern with a new shower(floor nearly done!)

Myself (29 full time worker) and my flatmate (24 year old midwife) are both really easy going. Looking for someone around the same age as us who is also easy going, very clean and tidy(important)respectful and ideally a young professional or mature student male or female.
