The Old Exchange

The room for rent is a fully furnished large double room with its own private ensuite. The property its self is a large detached house in the middle of Dundee close to bus services and local amenities. There are 7 other residents living at The Old Exchange each having their own private facilities being food storage units Fridge and separate freezer. Two of the residents share a kitchen with the resident of this room. The spacious kitchen has a washing machine and a separate tumble dryer. All of the resident’s living at The Old Exchange are professional people most of whom are working in Dundee or the surrounding area. They are a very friendly sociable bunch who get on well. All bills are included being Gas Electric Fiber Optic WiFi TV License and Council Tax.

Due to my duty of care to the existing residents I will be asking for a minimum of 2 references. One from a former Landlord and one from a person of good standing.
