Description
This is a spacious 2 floor flat currently lived in by two working artists and a masters student aged 24, 27 and 29.
We’re looking for a new flatmate to join in the friendly and social environment that this apartment has.
This is an LGBTQ+ friendly space, we regularly cook food for each other, bring friends around, work on our art projects in the communal spaces and regularly spend evenings together in the living room. We emphasise that we are looking for someone who will partake in the social aspects of life in this flat with us.
We are not opposed to living with students but we would prefer non-students as we require all tenants to be able to contribute to council tax.
We occasionally drink and smoke, but due to allergies we unfortunately can't accept any pets.
The location is incredibly convenient, sitting at the west end of Dundee’s main road the shops, pubs, bus stops and the park are at an arms reach. We also have gorgeous south facing views of the river.
Bills: usually they fluctuate between £45 and £80 per month depending on the time of year.
Wifi: £7.50 per month.
Council tax: £46 per month
Our beloved flatmate leaving us is aiming to be moved out by the end of November and away for Christmas in her hometown by early December, there are no strict fixed dates for these events as of yet, but we are hoping for the new tenant to start covering rent by December.
