Double room in shared home

A double room available from September in shared 3-bed home, with beautiful views across the Tay.

Sharing with a married couple and our two friendly cats.

About us - We are a generally quiet household, and at least one of us is home most of the time during evenings and weekends, but usually out once or twice a week. We sometimes work from home.

The room is furnished, and the bathroom will be mostly private to the rented room as we tend to use our en suite and only use the main bathroom very occasionally. The kitchen would be shared, and there is also a shared living/dining room. There is a small front garden and off street parking is available.

Local shops and bus stops are approx 10 mins walk away, and the city centre is approx 25 mins walk.

We are looking for a quiet professional (or mature student).
Small pets considered. LGBTQ+ welcome. Bills and broadband included.
