Private room for rent in 2 bedroom flat

Hello, I am renting a room in my flat. This has living room to share, kitchen, toilet. It has heating in the room in the all the flat.
I am looking for a honest, respectful, responsible and organised person. . :)

My flat is near the Strathmartine rd, city center, University.

Tesco, Boots, and others shop is near 3 minutes for my flat.

-Council tax is included plus bill

Before you arrange a viewing and come to see my flat I need a copy of your passport and after that if you are still interested I will need a reference.
