I am currently looking for someone to takeover the tenancy for a bronze en suite room in IQ Student Accommodation Parker House as I have changed my mind about staying there. The takeover process can be started one month after my tenancy start date (on 5th October 2026). Bills and wifi are all included, and there is a shared kitchen, gym, and laundry facilities on the property. I have not collected the keys so the room is unused.
