Room in Student Flatshare Dundee City Center

I am leaving my room in a flatshare situated right in the city center with excellent access to many shops, restaurants, bars and public transport.
Both Abertay and Dundee university are only a short walk from the flat, and with this being a student property, it is exempt from council tax.
The flat has two bathrooms, both with showers, a bathtub, a shared living room and a kitchen.
The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, washingmachine and built in dryer.
