Looking for someone to sublet my room whilst I am away from January until May.
The room is really spacious and comes with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage. There is a kitchen/lounge area with large windows (which are all double glazed), couches and a dining table. All the kitchen pans etc are to share.

We are both in our mid-20s, one of us is a student and the other works full time so we have no preference if you work/ are a student. When our schedules line up we enjoy chatting and hanging out in the living room, and we also have friends over.
Housekeeping wise we maintain a clean home, the kitchen and bathroom are cleaned weekly and we tend to have early nights!
This flat would really suit either someone on an exchange in Dundee, or St Andrews - the flat is 5 minutes from the bus station. My preference is for an exchange student to stay in my room.
