I'm searching for a tidy and responsible individual to rent a spare bedroom in a two-bedroom house. The rental terms are flexible, whether you're looking for accommodation all week, Monday to Friday, or for a few specific days each week. We can discuss pricing accordingly, and for couples, there's an additional £50 charge. Also, non-student tenants are responsible for council tax which can be ~£60.
Included in the rent are utilities such as internet, electricity, and gas (usage capped due to recent energy price fluctuations).
The house, spanning two floors, boasts both front and back yards for relaxation. It's equipped with essential appliances including a washing machine, electric cooker, fridge freezer, iron and ironing board, and ample kitchenware.
Conveniently located, the house is within a 10-minute walk to Wellgate, less than 15 minutes to Abertay University, and a 20-25-minute walk to the University of Dundee. Bus stops are merely a minute away, and nearby amenities include Lidl, Co-operative, Tesco, and M&S, all within walking distance. Smokers are welcome, but smoking is only permitted outside.
