This is part of my house although it has a door separating it. It is possible to hear each other as it would be in a family home but you would be completely private. The locks are sufficient for this. It will be let on a mutually trusting basis.
It would suit a single person. The sitting room doubles as a bedroom with the use of a screen to separate the area. The sofa opens to make a double bed or the single can be used. The configuration of the room can be changed to suit your needs.
The shower/WC is accessible through this room. Please see the photos to get an idea of the layout.
The kitchen includes kettle, fridge, electric cooker, washing machine/drier and a microwave or air fryer can be provided.
The television has HTML ports for you to add your own stick. There is a cable for terrestrial channels.
The entrance to the flat is from the back of the property through the shared, beautiful garden where poultry sometimes live in a fenced area.
Parking is possible in the shared driveway and arrangements can be discussed.
Gas and electric are provided and I expect the tenants to be careful with the amount being used and contribute £40 per month towards the cost. A £40 contribution towards the council tax would be added to the rent payable. Council Tax band E
This self-catering accommodation is available immediately long term rent to be reviewed six monthly.
