This self contained room above garage is suitable for a single person. Available from 5th January and would suit someone needing accommodation for short stays up to 2 months, or as a weekly bolthole for someone who has a home elsewhere.

It includes under floor heating, a fridge, kettle, electric hob, microwave and or airfrier, shower, sink, WC.

Washing can be done in the main house for £10 per load or £15 for two loads done simultaneously, this would include the drying.
A monthly contribution of £22 woud be payable for electricity on the understanding that the tenant took care with the amount of energy used. i. e. moderation of the use of the heaters

For stays longer than 1 month, a contribution of £20 per month towards the council tax would be added to the rent payable. Council Tax band E

Parking is possible in the shared driveway and arrangements can be discussed
