Description
This is part of my house although it has a door separating it. It is possible to hear each other as it would be in a family home but you would be completely private. The locks are sufficient for this. It will be let on a mutually trusting basis.
It would suit a single person, a couple or two individuals. The bedroom has its own door. However, it is possible to make the other room into a bedroom with the use of a screen. The sofa opens to make a double bed or the single can be used. The configuration of the room can be changed to suit your needs.
The shared shower/WC is accessible through this room. Please see the photos to get an idea of the layout.
The kitchen includes kettle, fridge, electric cooker, washing machine/drier and a microwave and/or air fryer can be provided. The television has HTML ports for you to add your own stick.
The entrance to the flat is from the back of the property through the shared, beautiful garden where some hens and sometimes ducks live.
Parking is possible in the shared driveway and arrangements may need to be discussed depending on what is required by myself.
I would pay the gas and electric bill and I would expect the tenants to be careful with the amount being used. The extra council tax would need to be added to the rent payable.
