... 8 miles from city centre and closer to Ninewells Hospital. A cosy cottage on the edge of the Sidlaw Hills. The bus service is very limited (20/25 min walk to bus stop) so you need a car to live here.

The double bedroom with a stove and has access to its own bathroom.

Would suit some one who loves the outdoors as much as I do and is happy to live with an easy going, busy and active women.

Rent includes bills but you will have to pay Council Tax if not exempt. Currently Band E 2026 £70pm .

I enjoy company but am happy in my own space. I enjoy experimenting in the kitchen and like to maintain some degree of tidiness.(on a good day with a fair wind). I have a number of hobbies that keep me busy. I sea kayak, climb mountains, play tennis, care for the garden and volunteer in the local Community Woodland.

I am looking for a flatmate who is self sufficient, though likes to have a chat and check in.

There are great walks, runs and cycle rides from the front door.

There is a large sitting room - kitchen.

The cottage has a sunny south facing garden with a flower, veggie and fruit garden.

I'd prefer someone who does not work full time at home.
