... 8 miles from city centre and closer to Ninewells Hospital. In a cosy cottage on the edge of the Sidlaw Hills. The distance to Dundee is do-able by bike but you would need a car to live here.

You must be double/ triple vaccinated against Covid 19 .

The double bedroom with a stove and has access to its own bathroom.

Would suit some one who loves the outdoors as much as I do and is happy to live with an easy going, busy and active women.

Rent includes bills and council tax with good broadband connection. .

I would consider week day only type rental.

I enjoy company but am happy in my own space. I enjoy experimenting in the kitchen and like to maintain some degree of tidiness.(on a good day with a fair wind)

I am looking for a flatmate who is self sufficient, though likes to have a chat and check in.

There are great walks, runs and cycle rides from the front door.

There is a large sitting room - kitchen.

The cottage has a sunny south facing garden with a flower, veggie and fruit garden. So plenty seasonal food also I keep bees in the garden.

I have a charmer of a black Labrador ,
'Harris' and a cat - 'Fizzywig' who is something of a character. So willingness to share your space with animals would be a given.
