Double room available June

We’re looking for someone to take over a double room from June in a female only house.

About us, we’re pretty outgoing girls and enjoy socialising but also appreciate our own space and company. We enjoy good music, art, nature and any form of creativity.

We are mostly around on the weekends and evenings as we’re busy with work or uni during the day.

The house consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 of which will be occupied, everyone has their own private bathroom. The house is spacious and comes fully furnished with a utility room desks, chairs, draws and built in sliding cupboards in the bedrooms + a storage room.

You would not need to bring anything with you as the house is equipped with all kitchen appliances + bedsheets/duvet for the room each room with spares.

The rent is bills exclusive. Bills would usually be £40-£70 a month depending on the season.
