Bus stop at the corner of the property with direct link to the city centre and Seagate, Dundee’s bus station. The caravan is on a large plot shared only by 2 other houses, with no other immediate neighbours.

The accommodation is fully furnished, spacious, clean and comprises of open plan kitchen, lounge with dining area, a double bedroom with ensuite wc, second small bedroom/office and main bathroom.
