St. Cyrus is a small village in the north east of Scotland mid-way between Aberdeen and Dundee. Aberdeen is 35 miles north with easy access to the AWPR. We are 4 miles from Montrose and 7 miles from Laurencekirk.
We have 2 furnished double bedroom available in a family home with use of family bathroom. Each room has a TV with full access to broadband. All bedding and towels are supplied. Room will be cleaned on a weekly basis by landlord.
You will have access to the fully equipped kitchen. The utility room has washing machine and tumble dryer.
Although there is no smoking allowed in the house, there is a designated smoking area outside.
Short/long term let available Mon - Friday or 9 day fortnight rotations.
Our rooms have been rented previously by contractors working at GSK.
