Ensuite double rooms are available to let now.

Both are large double rooms/ensuite, they come fully furnished, amazing views, bus stop is just outside the house, all bills included, and the rooms are available to let now, and to live with a young couple, no children, we have three dogs so ideally should be a dog friendly person.

** Please note that this is a room only let (with ensuite bathroom and the toilet facility).
There is no access to the kitchen.
Non smoking and a quiet person preferred.

Room 1: Large ensuite studio room
£ 450 including all bills

Room 2: Large ensuite room
£ 300 including all bills
Reduced rent for someone who is willing to look after the dogs on rare occasions, a few days per month.
