You will have access to a very spacious living room, hall, kitchen, bathroom and garden. To share with mature well educated female host, friendly, quiet, positive, clean and tidy, non-smoker and social drinker. 

Suitable for a clean & tidy non-smoker, responsible, sensible person or student. Possible for a couple or a single parent with additional rent (commercial wi-fi available but not reliable). 
It's possible for short-term stay £40/day, or £250/week with beddings/towel provided, and full access to utensils in the kitchen and ironing facility.
