Very conveniently located in Ayr town centre next to Ayr bus station. Easy commute to Glasgow etc. by bus or train. Co op and restaurants, takeaways, pubs etc. are at the doorsteps. Two minutes walk to the seafront. The double room is on first level facing the backyard, which is surprisingly quiet during the day and night.

You will have access to a very spacious living room, hall, kitchen, bathroom and garden. To share with mature well educated female host, friendly, quiet, positive, clean and tidy (all communal areas are cleaned daily), non-smoker and social drinker. 

Suitable for a clean & tidy non-smoker, responsible, sensible person or student. Possible for a couple or a single parent with additional rent (no shared WiFi, commercial wi-fi available but not reliable). 
It's possible for short-term stay £40/day, or £250/week with beddings/towel provided (doesn't apply for let over a month) and full access to utensils in the kitchen, washing machine, drying and ironing facility.
