Situated at the far end of this quiet residential development with no through traffic, convenient nearby parking and a direct bus service into Ayr Town Centre. The room has amazing views of Arran.

The house is just three years old, with a shared bathroom (bath and shower), downstairs w. c. ,comfortable living areas and a pretty garden.
Ideally suited to a working professional or mature student who is friendly, tidy, considerate and respectful of shared spaces who would enjoy living in a relaxed, welcoming home.

I'm sociable and enjoy good company, but equally value independence, personal space and mutual respect. Ideally, I'd like someone with a similar outlook who would feel at home here.

The house is smoke-free and pet-free. Visitors and partners are welcome by arrangement.
