Comfy, quiet rooms in modern home

I have two large double rooms to let in a newly refurbished home in Irvine. It's a cozy family home with shared shower room, kitchen and living room. We have a lovely south facing enclosed garden with a large porch/sitooterie to relax in. We are in a quiet residential area,
situated by a local bus route and near the national cycle route.
Ayrshire offers many championship golf courses, miles of cycle route and beautiful beaches on our doorstep. There's easy access to Glasgow with both train and bus connections. There are many wonderful heritage sites to explore in the area and miles and miles of glorious walks.
I have a large shed where bikes and golf clubs can be securely kept.
I am at home all day so am willing to help with laundry and meals if required. I'm preferably looking for professionals but I'm willing to consider all.
I keep a clean tidy home, I'm friendly and helpful and I look forward to making new friends with my tenants.
