I am a working professional, quiet and tidy. I don't drink or smoke. I live here with my 2 children aged 8 and 7 - all 3 of us stay in the house Sun, Tues and Thurs evenings then the children go to their dad Fri Sat Sun so we're gone most weekends. I'm friendly and sociable. We have one dog, a black lab cross called Lucky. I may be able to offer a rent reduction for helping to look after Lucky.
