Although the room is compact, the rest of the house is large and there is lots of storage space both indoors and in outbuildings. There's room for wardrobe, chest of drawers etc in the hall outside the bedroom should you require more storage and bikes and outdoor equipment can go in the secure storage outside. The room has a private entrance and is self contained from the main house. There's also a large garden, which the room has a view of. The room will get it's own bathroom in the future as we continue the renovation process. Gas central heating so nice and cosy. The rent includes broadband and all bills.

Location is one of the most desirable streets in Troon. 10 minute walk to train station, on main bus route and 2 minute walk to the beach and Royal Troon golf club. Parking space available.

I am a working professional, quiet and tidy. I don't drink or smoke. I live here with my 2 children aged 8 and 7 - all 3 of us stay in the house Sun, Tues and Thurs evenings then the children go to their dad Fri Sat Sun so we're gone most weekends. I'm friendly and sociable. We have one dog, a black lab cross called Lucky. I may be able to offer a rent reduction for helping to look after Lucky.

Kitchen has large American fridge freezer, microwave, range cooker, slow cooker, dishwasher and lots of cupboard space. Bathroom has large corner bath and electric shower.
