You have your own front door, patio area to sit and enjoy the view, big bedroom with king size bed and stunning views, newly refurbished bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, basin and heated towel rail, kitchen/sitting room with sofa, table/chair, shelves, drawers, small fridge freezer, small cooker, microwave, sink etc. and washing machine. Please note it is not a full kitchen but purposeful for more simple cooking.

Easy parking is immediately to the the front of the property from where you have a few steps to your door, this leads you directly into the hallway from where your three separate rooms are accessed (this is all your private self contained space).

I live in the other half of the property and have my own side path to the back garden/door. My space is also completely self contained and private ...please note I am away a lot of the time.

The rent of £550pcm incudes all bills apart from electricity ...it's on a smart meter so usage is easily known (i currently between £20-30 per week and i am here all the time so your total rent pcm should be around £650 :)

Minimum of 1 month stay and happy to discuss longer lets.

The property comes fully furnished, with cotton bedding, towels, pillows, duvet and everything you should need for a comfy stay.

All rooms have newly fitted modern electric heaters and it gets cosy really quickly. Beautiful views of wonderful Gardenstown ...it really is a lovely place to live. There is a tv (50 inch) in the bedroom but you will need your own Amazon/Now stick or similar to make use of it.
