Self contained 'flat' with stunning views.

This beautiful space has been recently renovated and converted, it is half of a bungalow in which you have your own self contained space.

You have your own front door, patio area to sit and enjoy the view, big bedroom with king size bed and stunning views (pics not taken on the best day!), newly refurbished bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, basin and heated towel rail, kitchen/sitting room with daybed, table/chair, shelves, drawers, small fridge freezer, small cooker, microwave, sink etc. and washing machine. Please note it is not a full kitchen but purposeful for more simple cooking.

Easy parking is immediately to the the front of the property from where you have a few steps to your door, this leads you directly into the hallway from where your three separate rooms are accessed (this is all your private self contained space).

I live in the other half of the property and have my own side path to the back garden/door. My space is also completely self contained and private ...please note I am away a lot of the time.

Costs are £150 per week for one person, £180 per week for a couple and you just pay for your own electricity usage.

Good WiFi provided.

Minimum of 4 weeks stay at the outset and then you can extend after if you wish with 2 weeks notice.

The property comes fully furnished, with cotton bedding, towels, pillows, duvet and everything you should need for a comfy stay.

All rooms have newly fitted modern electric heaters and it gets cosy really quickly. Beautiful views of wonderful Gardenstown ...it really is a lovely place to live.
