Description

The house is located in the picturesque village of Biddenham which is on the West of Bedford with excellent road links to M1, Cranfield (15 minutes by car), Bedford Hospital 2 miles away and Milton Keynes.

Bedford railway station is 12 minutes by bike and town center 20 minutes walk. There are cycle tracks in all directions in and from the village. The village has a pub, an open area with cricket pitch and tennis course. LIDL, ALDI and Sainsbury’s are a few minutes away by car and there is a surgery in the village.
We have 5 bedrooms in the house. These rooms are for single occupancy.
Bedroom 3 is large and has an en-suite bathroom (shower and bath, basin and loo) it also has a dressing room with lots of shelves and a small chest of drawers. Fully furnished with double bed and mattress, 2 bedside tables, chest of drawers, desk and chair and a dressing table. It has 4 windows looking on 3 sides of the property.

Bedroom 1 and 2 are also upstairs, one to the rear and the other one to the front of the house. Furniture includes: double bed and mattress, desk and table, chest of drawers, bedside table and wardrobe. These 2 bedrooms share one bathroom which has a shower and a bath, a basin, a cupboard and a loo.

Bedroom 4 and 5 are located downstairs. Furniture includes: double bed and mattress, desk and table, chest of drawers, bedside table and wardrobe. These 2 bedrooms share a downstairs bathroom which has a shower and a bath, a basin, a cupboard and a loo.

The communal areas are spacious. The living area has 3 sofas, coffee table, television and extra seats. There is a music room with grand piano for use by musicians. There is a study with space for 2 PCs. The utility room has sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and board and plenty of cupboards and wardrobes to accommodate coats and shoes.
The dining area has a big table, 6 chairs and side boards. The kitchen is modern. It has a double sink, dishwasher, double oven, 5 ring hob cooker, fitted espresso machine, microwave, 2 fridge freezers and ample work space. There is also plenty of drawers for dried food and kitchen belongings. Note all pans, pots, cutlery, food processor, glasses, mugs and plates are supplied.
There is a vacuum cleaner and mop and buckets, the communal areas of the house are cleaned by a lady on a fortnight basis. This lady can also clean your bedroom at your cost.
There is a garden at the front and at the rear of the house. There is a bike shed ( not locked) in the back garden.
There is a 5 spaces off road car park at the front of the house.
The internet is via Wifi and is BT fibre so is fast.
There are linked fire alarms.
The rent includes TV license, Wifi, council tax, water, gas and electricity.
The rental arrangement is direct with us.
No pets are allowed and no smoking in any part of the property is permitted.
Bed linen, pillows and bed covers or towels are not supplied.

Rental payments are due weekly by direct debit.
