Hi, double room to rent in a two bedroom apartment, 2 min walk to bedford hospital.

Furnished room with ottoman bed for extra storage needs. The room has a balcony that is shared by both bedrooms, open wardrobe and bedside cabinet, a tv and desk and chair.

The bathroom is shared and the living room/kitchen has a tv, dining area and balcony.

Fibre Broadband is included.

I'm a live in Landlord and I've been in the property for nearly four years. I'm pretty laid back and easy to get along with and I work from home 3/4 days a week.
I'm looking for someone outgoing, clean and tidy.
