Double Room in quite neighbourhood

I am helping my mum to rent out a room in her four bedroom home. She is a dedicated and hard working nurse working in the Bedford area in her 60’s and of Colombian decent.
Mum is very house proud and would like someone likeminded to share her four bedroom home. The ideal person would be female 25+ and who preferably works in a hospital or medical environment. She does work long hours so would like someone to be respectful and considerate as she does like a peaceful home. She is quirky and fun and loves her trinkets.
The room for rent has been recently decorated and furnished with some nice items placed all around. All bills are included. She will require 1 months rent and 1 months deposit upfront and contract to commence 1st of each month.
