Large Double room in Victorian 3 x bedroom house

***No nightshift or remote workers can be considered as I work at home**
Females Preferred but may consider professional males if suitable females do not apply. PHOTOS OF BEDROOM TO BE ADDED as both are currently occupied.

Bedrooms are comfortable doubles with one having been newly refurbished

Recently moved to 3 x bed Victorian House near Russell Park with 2 x sitting rooms and 2 bathrooms (not en-suite)
There is also a spacious courtyard garden.

There is plenty of on-street parking available in a quiet street.

I rented a room to a mature female for 18 months in my last place which went really well, so hoping to repeat the experience. I also rented a room years ago in an HMO and hated every minute of the month I stayed there so I understand the need for a clean, well-organised, friendly and welcoming place to come home to.

I am ok with partners staying over but ONLY every other weekend on a quid pro quo basis.
