Bedrooms are comfortable doubles with one having been newly refurbished

Recently moved to 3 x bed Victorian House near Russell Park with 2 x sitting rooms and 2 bathrooms (not en-suite).
Currently myself and one, 40 year-old professional male.

There is also a spacious courtyard garden.

There is plenty of on-street parking available in a quiet street.

Clean, well-organised, friendly and welcoming place to come home to. Everyone leaves all shared areas as they find them so that no-one is inconvenienced.
Very important that the good atmosphere is maintained and everyone gets a good nights’s sleep undisturbed
