The room has a sofa that expands into a double bed. The desk, monitors and printer in the photos are not included.

I’m away for work most of the week and only back occasionally, so you’ll have the house to yourself around 90% of the time. My room has an ensuite, so the main bathroom is effectively yours. The kitchen and living room are shared, but in practice you’ll be using them on your own most days.

- Transport: bus stop across the street (route A), 20 mins to Luton Airport. 13 mins to Luton Train Station.
- Parking: free off-street parking can be arranged.
- Shops: Lidl, Aldi and Sainsbury’s all under 10 mins walk. Tesco and Morrisons are 30+ mins on foot, so easier with transport.
- White Lion Retail Park: 5 mins walk, with a gym, TK Maxx and Costa.
- Good distance for anyone working at Luton & Dunstable Hospital.
- Council Tax band B.
