En-suite double room quiet rural area

Double bedroom available with en-suite bathroom.
Furnished with double bed, two fitted wardrobes, two bedside drawers and a chest of drawers. All bills included.
I work in education and have a little dog Watson. He’s sociable and friendly but not allowed upstairs. Another lodger (a paramedic and does shift work) has a double bedroom and shared bathroom that I use.
Shared kitchen and eating area as well as shower room, patio and garden. There’s also off-road parking.
Close to Dunstable Downs and in a quiet peaceful area.
Local amenities:
Close to the M1 and bus/train links
Local shopping, theatre, pubs and restaurants a 15 minute walk.
I've grown up in Dunstable so always happy to help with some local knowledge.
