A separate utility room with 2 washing machines and a large area to dry clothes.

The current household:
Currently occupied by 4 professional males of which 3 are part of the LGB community.
This is a relaxed household but just having consideration for the other residents and their working patterns so please no 'loud' gamers and everyday partying.
