There is a parking space available at an additional cost of £40 a month in a barrier controlled car park at the property.

We offer our tenants a straightforward all-inclusive monthly package, including:

There is a very large kitchen/breakfast room with ample cooking facilities for everyone. Use of cleaning items for tenant (hoover, mops, ironing board etc) along with 2 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers.
