I'm looking for a female flatmate . My job is based overseas, I am there only four-five months a year. I need someone who is tidy, clean and will treat the property as her own place. I am an easy-going and friendly person.

The property is within walking distance to the town center and Leighton Buzzard train station is 5 minutes' drive which takes 30 min to London Euston. You can also catch buses to Luton, Aylesbury and
Milton Keynes with bus stop located within walking distance. There is a Waitrose, Iceland, Aldi, Morrisons, Tesco and Costa nearby. There is a corner shop and post office opposite the property

Safe parking on the road.
Furniture is a single bed, chest of drawers & fitted wardrobe

Some of the bills are included since I will not be in the property for more than half of the year some bills like gas and electricity will not be included, I will be sharing the bills during my stay
in the property. We can talk and come up with an agreement that will suit both sides.
