Double Room to Rent – £850/month

I'm looking for a clean, respectful, and reliable professional to rent one of the rooms in my 2 bedroom flat

Although I will retain one locked room for my belongings, you'll effectively have the entire place to yourself. I work away from home and only return one or twice a month, so you'll have the space to enjoy as if it were your own most of the time.

I'm looking for someone who:

- Is exceptionally clean and tidy.
- Will treat my place like theirs, with care and respect.
- Is friendly, responsible, and trustworthy.

Rent is £850 per month (+ utility bills). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants the privacy and feel of living alone without paying the full cost and hassle of renting an entire house.
